Freelance Host

  • Hosted live segments covering a wide range of sports topics, including college football, NFL top stories and injury news, fantasy football and more.
    Interviewed analysts and experts, providing in-depth coverage and analysis while facilitating on-air conversations

  • Developed scripts and delivered live segments in collaboration with team of producers, editors and directors.

DENVER BRONCOS FOOTBALL CLUB

Primary Role: Team Reporter & Host

  • Held regular interviews with players, coaches, and football personnel - most notably conducting club’s first interview with Sean Payton as Broncos’ new head coach; Received 2M+ impressions.

  • Served as on-site reporter for every home and away game; included both on-field pregame coverage and postgame locker room player interviews.

  • Conducted pregame show, RedZone highlights and postgame player interviews on-field; projected live on the scoreboard to an audience of 65K+.

  • Acted as primary reporter for club’s business staff interviews, including team president and ownership – most notably interviewing owners Carrie Walton Penner and Mellody Hobson regarding their transition to the Broncos ownership group.

  • Served as analyst on club-produced shows; showcasing in-depth knowledge of the Broncos and the game of football.

Secondary Role: Social & Digital Media Producer/Editor

  • Created and hosted Let’s Drive: the team’s weekly sponsored video series interviewing players while driving the club’s official Ford vehicle; Hosted 10+ interviews with 700K impressions.

  • Created and hosted Broncos Now: the team’s first podcast dedicated to covering daily club updates; Hosted 150+ episodes with average of 80K impressions per episode.

  • Produced and directed My Why: a sponsored video series highlighting player journeys and the adversities they’ve faced.

  • Produced and directed the 2023 Broncos Schedule Release video, working directly with Peyton Manning and Angela Kinsey; generating 4.5M+ social impressions collectively

  • Collaborated in all social media and marketing campaigns - presenting, producing and executing campaigns from start to finish.

  • Cut and edited video for Youtube, X, Instagram and TikTok to match brand’s voice

WAOW 9 NEWS ABC

Weekend Sports Anchor & Reporter

  • Anchored and produced weekend newscasts (6, 9 and 10 p.m. shows), covering local and national sports stories

  • Contributed written stories and video content for website and social media platforms

Sydney earned her Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications from the University of Florida, with a focus in Broadcast Journalism and Sports Management. During her time at UF, she developed a strong foundation in sports reporting, digital storytelling, and video production—skills she uses every day in her career.
